Honey-blonde highlights would look nice, but also if you wanted to go reddish I think you could pull off something auburn. Whatever you think looks nice.

People are suggesting that you go with darker colours- being someone who has had every colour from pink to black HEAR ME OUT. You have very pale eyebrows and eyelashes, darker lowlights will not suit your colouring unles youre willing to tint you eyelashes and eyebrowns also (you can get it done for about 閳?5 and it lasts for about a month) With your cool colouring i would suggest either dark red, honey blonde or lots of copper. I think either some medium-brown highlights or some auburn-red highlights. My hair is a tad darker than yours and that is what my hair-dresser suggested to me.
