iam surprise it does. i just got it done three days ago. most of my girlfriend love it. i actually had all over one color ( light brown) in mind but i went to a good salon. the lady got me highligh instead and i love it. it really add more life to your hair. and plus it'll make u look more sassier. lol. like who want to look just so dull with black hair ?

I believe you would have to get the highlights BLEACHED first then dyed.
